At 44 pages (paperback, staple-bound) and a cover price of $11, Going Rate is perhaps not the cheapo steal that you or I would have hoped; and so for the time being we're offering it here for the crazy low price of eight bucks -- plus a dollar for shipping -- so let's just call it $9.
